1. PREAMBLE
1.1. These Terms of Use constitute the terms and conditions of use of this web site [ https://www.polingroup.gr/ ] (hereinafter referred to as the "Website, which are offered for use to interested parties (hereinafter referred to as "Users") by "Polin Group greece" and located in the Municipality of Athens, at 100 Athinon Av. & 1 Krokeon, Postal Code: 10441 (hereafter "the Company").
1.2. The Site is intended solely for Users over the age of eighteen (18). Access and use of the Site are subject to these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"). Only access to and use of the Site constitutes a complete and unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use. It is hereby declared that the User has read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use, as well as the observance of the Greek and European legislation.
